#102 – Tittle’s Jerk Butter Sauce Shrimp

I love Jerk dishes, Jamica style. However, just Butter or using my extra virgin coconut oil is a great substitute for butter. Better Body Foods is my favorite. This dish is also tasty with Peanut oil. Your choice.

I love Jerk dishes, Jamica style.  However, just Butter or using my extra virgin coconut oil is a great substitute for butter.  Better Body Foods is my favorite.  This dish is also tasty with Peanut oil.  Your choice. 

You’ll want to cook the whole bag!   6-10 is a good start with Prawns (large Shrimp).  Rinse thoroughly.  

If you cook from frozen is great. No need to thaw.  This dish is ready in 15 -20 mins.  

Preheat oven on broil. 375-400.  

Add seasonings:   

Sprinkle Garlic powder, Cajun, tarjin &  jalapeños & garlic seasoning.  Cover with extra virgin coconut oil.  

Put in oven for 15-20mins.  Shrimp will be juicy and not overcooked.  Shrimp should be al donte’.  

Meanwhile, in a container,  melt butter with jerk sauce and use to dip each mouth watering juicy succulent shrimp as you feast.   

This is such good finger food too.  Best enjoyed alone!  However, utensils and a guest or two are allowed!🥂🥳.   Bona petite’, let’s eat. You’re Cookin’ wit’ Tittle.
